A ? - Çevirmen

In high school, I studied in the Department of Foreign Languages - English Class. In my sophomore year, I attended to a language school for the certification of my English level in Cambridge for 1.5 months. At university I studied American Culture and Literature in Başkent University and graduated as the valedictorian. After moving to İstanbul, I worked as a foreign education consultant and a translator at an international education consultancy firm for 6 months. After I had realized it wasn`t the correct job for me, I started to work as coordinator for 14 studios at a virtual shopping store for 2.5 years. After I got bored of what I do, I decided to return to my goal to be an academician, and became an English Teacher and a language coach for high school children at a private school.

In terms of translation,

On the sophomore year of my BA, I had a summer internship at TRT External Media Department as a news translator.

Also, I am a freelance translator since I graduated from high school. As a matter of my BA, I specialized in literary translation. However I have also experiences in other fields like medicine, simoultaneous, law etc.
